The platform offers users a protected, anonymous space for personal reflection and development. The service consists of trauma-sensitive support and systemic coaching.

Important note: The support does not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, or healing treatment within the meaning of the Swiss Therapeutic Products Act (HeilMG) or the Medical Professions Act (MedBG). It expressly does not include any promise of healing and cannot replace such treatment.

The support providers act on their own professional responsibility based on their proven qualifications.

The support is used in the knowledge that it is a personal development and reflection service. The platform, nada-nothing gmbh, and the facilitators expressly make no promises or guarantees regarding the healing, alleviation, or improvement of a health condition. Any description of methods or potential effects is for general information purposes only and should not be understood as a specific promise for individual cases.

Crisis situations: Users undertake to contact the following services immediately in the event of acute mental or health crises, suicidal thoughts, or danger to themselves or others: family doctor, emergency number (in Switzerland 144, Dargebotene Hand 143) or the nearest emergency service. The platform is not suitable for dealing with emergencies.

Users confirm that they are using the service voluntarily and are aware of the limitations described in §1.2 and §1a.

Users undertake to be truthful in conversations and not to deliberately deceive or burden their companions.

Use of the platform is subject to a fee. The valid price model can be viewed on the website.

All prices are in CHF and include statutory value-added tax.

Payment is processed via Digistore24.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Premature loss of the right of withdrawal: Your right of withdrawal expires immediately upon complete provision of the service if you have expressly agreed that the service will begin immediately.

You are fully entitled to the right of withdrawal for any prepaid credit that has not been used.

No guarantee of success: The platform and the accompanying persons do not guarantee or accept any liability for a specific success in terms of content or the achievement of personal goals.

Limitation of liability: The platform's liability for simple negligence is limited. This limitation does not apply to liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, and the breach of essential contractual obligations.

The platform is not liable for technical malfunctions due to force majeure.

Data collected: Email address (without verification), technical metadata (duration, time of sessions), health data (processed live only, not stored).

Anonymity: Registration is anonymous. The accompanying persons do not know any personal data of the users.

Conversation content is not stored. At the end of the session, it is irretrievably deleted.

Technical metadata is stored for 12 months.

Legal basis: Contract fulfillment (Art. 5 lit. b DSG), express consent (Art. 5 lit. a DSG) for health data, legitimate interest (Art. 5 lit. f DSG) for technical metadata.

Translation APIs (DeepL, OpenAI): Messages are translated in real time with protective measures in accordance with standard contractual clauses.

Payment providers: Digistore24 processes payment data.

Hosting: Servers in Switzerland/EEA with data processing agreements.

You have the right to: information, correction, and deletion of your data; restriction of processing; data portability; and revocation of your consent at any time.

Changes to this agreement will be communicated by email and will take effect if no objection is raised within 14 days.

This agreement comes into force upon acceptance by the user.
